Q) Are your products true to size?

Q) Do you have a store front we can visit?

A) At the moment Oceanscollection is purely an online store!

 

 

Q) Do you ship to my country?

A) We currently ship worldwide!

 

 Q) How long will it take to receive my order?

A) On Average your order will arrive within 2-3 weeks

 

Q) Do you offer refunds?

A) Our store policy is that we do not refund only in the case of faulty items, We will assess the item/s & replace or refund the product. Otherwise, we can offer you returns for store credit. If you think your eligible for a refund or replacement, Please contact us straight away. 

 

Q) When will my order be shipped?
A) All orders are processed within 24 hours or the following business day if purchased on the weekend or public holiday. Please note during sales or high order volume times estimated dispatch times may vary.

 

Q) Is there any warranty on the product I purchase?

A) We do not offer warranty except in the case of manufacturing faults in which we will refund or replace your order. Please contact oceanscollection.contact@gmail.com if you have any questions

 

Q) How do I use my in-store credit?

A) 1. Once you’re ready to checkout, login to your Oceanscollection account

  1. In the payment section of checkout select internal credit
  2. If your internal credit covers your total cart amount you can then place your order. If your total amount is more than your credit you will then need to also select Credit Card or PayPal to pay the remainder.

A) We are located in Brisbane, Australia

Delivery

Our delivery timeframes are dependent on the location of the buyer. Standard processing will take 2-5 business days and delivery will take 2-3 weeks*.

If you have not received your items within this time frame, please email us with your full name and order number and will look into your delivery immediately! In most cases, delivery has been attempted and your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.
